Tossly — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 May 2026 Last updated: 11 May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the Tossly mobile application (the “App”), developed by Pham Gia (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App. By using Tossly you agree to the practices described below.

We respect your privacy and try to keep data collection to the minimum needed to keep the App working, stable, and free.

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, address, photos, contacts, or location.

We do collect a limited amount of technical and usage information through the third-party services listed in Section 2:

Category Examples Source
Device & app info Device model, OS version, app version, language, country Firebase Analytics
Usage events Which mode you flipped, when settings or history are opened Firebase Analytics
Crash diagnostics Stack traces, OS state at time of crash, anonymous device identifier Firebase Crashlytics
Advertising identifiers Advertising ID (Android), IDFA (iOS — only if you allow tracking) Google AdMob
Coarse advertising signals Approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction events Google AdMob

We never collect:

All settings, custom labels, custom colors and flip history are kept locally on your device using the operating system’s secure storage (AsyncStorage). They are not synced to any server.

2. Third-party services

Tossly uses the following services. Each has its own privacy policy that you should review:

These services act as our data processors under applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA).

3. Advertising

Tossly displays a banner and an occasional full-screen ad on app open, served by Google AdMob.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from major ad networks at youradchoices.com (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).

4. Children’s privacy

Tossly is rated Everyone / 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Ads served in the App are configured for general audiences. We do not use audience targeting that is intended for children.

5. Data retention

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/EEA, UK, California, etc.), you may have rights to:

Because we do not collect identifiers tied to your identity (no email, no account), we cannot single out your data in Firebase. The most effective way to exercise these rights is to uninstall the App — this stops all data collection from your device.

You can also disable analytics and ad personalization in your device settings:

7. Data transfers

Firebase and AdMob are operated by Google and may transfer data to servers located in the United States and other countries. Google maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/EEA data transfers.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
